Add the grilling skill from mattpocock/skills for structured questions that stress-test a plan, decision, or idea. The skill asks questions in rounds and waits for answers before dependent questions.

Include its agent display metadata and source entry in skills-lock.json.

Validation: JSON parsing of skills-lock.json and git diff --check passed.
