Quorum

Quorum is a planned website and Telegram bot for organizing question-testing sessions. It supports intellectual games such as KVRM / КВРМ, Svoya Igra / SI and its flavours, etc. It helps authors and editors find testers, and helps players find tests that fit their schedules.

The idea comes from Telegram communities where organizers post announcements, collect replies, and manually update participant lists. Quorum brings those tasks together with a shared calendar and registration for each session.

The project is in early development. The features below describe the intended product.

Planned features

  • Register and log in through Telegram. Use the same account to organize tests and participate in them.
  • Create tests with tournament details, game format, difficulty, duration, and meeting links. Manage participants, tentative registrations, and waitlists. Track whether the session has enough testers and how many places remain.
  • Browse tests in a Google Calendar-like view, with times shown in your own timezone. Filter available sessions and see the tests you joined or organize.
  • Set available time slots for testing. Receive new-test notifications only while you are available and only for tests that fit those slots. Confirmations, reminders, and updates about your sessions arrive regardless of availability.
  • Use the Telegram bot for all basic tasks, including finding tests, joining or withdrawing, managing participants, and setting availability.
  • Connect player profiles and tournaments through rating.chgk.info. Create tests for unpublished tournaments.
  • Keep a history of tests for each question set, including who saw all or part of the material. Organize further sessions without copying lists of previous testers.
